 It was a beautiful day for a drive in our new convertible.   We stumbled onto this Cumberland Presbyterian Church between Conway & Rader Missouri.

We took a trip to Rockbridge with our friends to celebrate Sara's birthday. What a beautiful day to be out for a drive in the Ozarks.

Getting older

 I have reached this stage of my life.   I think I have done pretty good.   I am almost 63 and have never had to take any sort of medicine on a regular basis.  But the cholesterol and triglyceride numbers came in to high so it is time for a better diet, more exercise and a daily dose of these.
