Judging others

 New maxim:

"Judging others does not define who they are.  It defines who you are."

Matthew 7 says:

Great post from Facebook today on the subject:

Everyday habits that drain your energy.

I stole this from Amy Thompson, an Instagram and Bethel U friend:

1. Taking things personally.
2. Holding on to the past.
3. Always checking your phone.
4. Over-stressing.
5. Sleeping in late.
6. Having a poor diet.
7. Fueling drama
8. Complaining all the time.
9. Overthinking.
10. Gossiping.
11. Not living in the moment.
12. Trying to please others.

Failure is not an option, or is it?

Great advice from many different leaders.

"Fail often, fail forward, screw up, just don't screw off. "

"You're entitled to your own opinion if you keep your opinion to yourself. If you decide to say it out loud, then I think you have a responsibility to be open to changing your mind in the face of better logic or stronger data. I think if you're willing to voice an opinion, you should also be willing to change that opinion."
